Model T Bicycle Rentals

“Where In The World Is Model T” game rules:

1. All rules, processes, procedures are under the guidance, direction and express subject jurisdiction of Recreational Rentals, Inc. d/b/a Model T Bicycle Rentals (hereinafter “Company”). All decisions made are at the sole and final discretion of the Company.

2. Game players are limited to residents of the continental United States. To be eligible to play, game players must be “friends”, “fans”, “likees” or otherwise connected electronically with the official Facebook page of the Company. Game players must be age eighteen (18) or older to play.

3. Game players may not be past or present officers, directors, employees, staff, vendors, sponsors, affiliates and/or any of their assigns. Game players involved in past or present
litigation with the Company are also ineligible to play.

4. The Company will provide all game players with one guess, tip, clue, etc, (hereinafter collectively known as “tips”) per week of game play. There will be no notice of when tips will be given and there is no guarantee that a tip will be given each week. After a tip is given, each game player may guess to the end location of the Company. Each game player is limited to one guess per week and only the first guess will be considered.

A guess is the first answer a game player gives in response to a tip the Company posts on its official Facebook page. A guess is considered valid only if it is an original post or comment on the Company’s Facebook page. Reposts and comment “likes” will not be considered or treated as a valid guess.

7. The game will begin Friday, June 10th and end when the correct final destination has been discovered by a game player.

8. There will only be one winner for a total cash prize of $150. The winner will be the first game player who posts a a correct answer as to the Company’s final destination and that answer is “liked” by the Company, which serves as an acknowledgment by the Company of a correct and winning guess.

9. In the unlikely event that there is no correct guess by October 31st, 2011, game players who have submitted an answer that is geographically closest to the end location of the Company will be entered into a drawing and the drawing will take place on November 1st, 2011 and the winner will be notified by Facebook messaging and given instructions on how to claim the $150 cash prize.
